Winter On The Farm | Series 4 Preview (Channel 5)

Helen Skelton and Jules Hudson are back at Cannon Hall Farm in South Yorkshire for four editions in a new series of Winter on the Farm as the show captures the beauty and challenges of farming through the winter months.

This year Helen takes centre stage, along with farmers Rob and Dave Nicholson, as she faces a new challenge: showing sheep for the first time at her local show in Cumbria, but can she handle the pressure of the show ring?

Farmers Rob and Dave embark on an unforgettable adventure to Finland, where they explore the stunning landscapes and unique farming practices of this Nordic country. As they arrive, the duo is immediately captivated by Finland’s breathtaking natural beauty, from snow-covered forests to frozen lakes.

Over four nights we showcase the spirit of rural life as the earth grows sleepy and the frost creeps in and celebrate the natural beauty at this time of year. JB Gill heads into London to lend a hand or, should be say foot… at a vineyard during their winter harvest and gets to sample the good stuff!

And Jules takes a moment to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life as he ventures out to stargaze. In a serene setting, he encourages viewers to pause and appreciate the beauty of the night sky, sharing tips on what to look for when you take a moment to gaze upward.
