Wildlife Rescue | Preview (Channel 4)

Channel 4 are to follow the dedicated team at South Essex Wildlife Hospital as they tend to the need of sick, injured and orphaned animals.

As part of a policy of protecting and rehabilitating wildlife across Essex, the intention is to return any creatures under their charge back to the wild.

In the first episode, a fox risks suffocation after getting his head stuck in a plastic bottle at a building site, a swan needs life-saving surgery after swallowing a fisherman's hook and a grey seal pup recovers from a dog attack.

Wildlife Rescue begins Thursday 18th April at 8pm on Channel 4.
