The Yorkshire Vet: At Home with The Greens returns for third series on Channel 5
Despite having a combined age of over 170, Jean and Steve Green have no intention of slowing down, and work on the farm continues as ever. But the warning signs are there when Jean has to go to hospital for a gallbladder operation.
As Steve struggles on alone, old friend Peter Wright steps in to lend a hand with the farm work before turning his attention to another poorly patient - the Greens’ beloved 13-year-old greyhound cross, Reuben, who needs serious dental treatment.
Peter also rekindles Steve’s love of writing and poetry at a special event in Thirsk, inspiring him to pen a love poem for Jean.
And once Jean is finally back home but unable to travel, Peter hatches a grand plan: if the Greens can’t go to Whitby, Whitby must come to the Greens! And, with the help of Matt, Rohin and Cannon Hall Farm’s Rob and Dave, he turns Stoneybrough Farm into Stoneybrough-on-Sea.
