Walter Presents - which showcases the best foreign language drama series from around the world - continues with the second series of the engrossing German crime drama.

After years in prison for killing her husband, former district attorney Karin Lossow has settled back into her life on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. While her daughter detective Julia Thiel is suspended from work, Julia's husband Stefan thinks she is attending a spa hotel but has not heard from her for days.

He and Karin decide to search for her after Karin finds out that she might be on a private investigation into a missing MC White Eagles gang member, Lutz Bahrmann. Lutz was picking up deliveries on the Polish side of the border when he went missing and now Julia has disappeared over the border with her tracks seeming to lead to the red-light district in Stettin. Meanwhile, new police detective, Ellen Norgaard, finds a mutilated body washed ashore in Usedom. Is this corpse connected to Julia's investigation?
