The hit health series Just One Thing comes to our TV screens with Zoe Ball, Roman Kemp and Clive Myrie travelling the country, asking people to make one small change, for some big benefits... From dancing yourself happier, to eating mackerel for your heart, to soaking in a hot bath to help you sleep – they share the simple and surprising things we could all do, to improve our lives.

Michael Mosley’s popular podcast Just One Thing transformed how audiences think about health and wellbeing. In this new series for BBC Daytime, Zoe, Roman and Clive host 4 episodes each and follow in his footsteps to offer up practical, evidence- based tips that could help us all live healthier lives.

Produced by the BBC Science Unit, each episode travels to a different part of the UK to meet someone who could benefit from one specific health change – it could be anything from drinking tea to daily press-ups or committing to a digital detox! That person gets their friends and family on board and together they find out if their Just One Thing will transform their health...

Just One Thing with Zoe Ball, Roman Kemp and Clive Myrie is commissioned by Rob Unsworth, Head of BBC Daytime and Early Peak Commissioning; the Commissioning Editor for BBC Daytime is Lindsay Bradbury. Paul Overton is the Executive Producer for BBC Studios Science Unit.

Just One Thing is coming to BBC iPlayer and BBC One from Monday 23 March.
