At the Original Biscuit Bakers factory in Market Drayton, they dive into the joyful chaos of producing 100,000 gingerbread biscuits including Santa and reindeer ones each week.

From mixing the perfect spiced dough to hand-icing with ‘Christmas Red’ sugar paste, Paddy and Cherry roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, not without a few laughs and mishaps of course! Cherry also discovers how to wrap presents using maths with Bobby Seagull, and makes it snow indoors at a ski centre.
