New Channel 4 documentary following staff at John Lewis as they prepare for the festive season.

The show includes a behind-the-scenes look at the planning and creation of the famous Christmas advert and insight into the jobs of the buyers who travel all over the world to gauge the national mood and source over 1,500 decorations and edible treats to sell.

Plus, the in-store staff create Santa's grottos and decorate the shop floor to create the ultimate customer experience.
