Graham Norton provides the commentary live from Basel, Switzerland, as girl band Remember Monday fly the flag for the United Kingdom at the world’s biggest music competition. Expect powerful vocals, spectacular staging and a world-famous, nail-biting results sequence as the all-important points are called out.

26 incredible acts perform in a bid for the most points from juries and voters across Europe, but only one will be crowned the new Eurovision champion.

Hoping for those all-important "douze points" on the night are trio Remember Monday, who will perform their song What The Hell Just Happened? The three best friends first shot to fame on The Voice UK, before gaining over half-a-million followers on social media, thanks to their impressive three-part harmonies and acapella covers.

Following Nemo’s win with The Code last year in Malmo, Eurovision returns home to Switzerland - hosts of the very first contest back in 1956 - who last won with Celine Dion in 1988.

Taking on the presenter reins are Swiss stars Hazel Brugger, Michelle Hunziker and Sandra Studer, who will introduce viewers to this year’s finalists and some spectacular interval acts, live from St. Jakobshalle in Basel.

Eurovision airs from 8pm on BBC One.
