Bake Off: The Professionals | Series 11 Preview (Channel 4)

The search for the best patisserie team in Britain returns with a brand-new batch of pastry chefs hailing from hotels, patisserie shops and small ventures around the UK.

The series is hosted by comedian Ellie Taylor alongside previous Bake Off star Liam Charles. As always, the teams will face two days of testing challenges judged by two world-class pâtissier experts, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden.

Judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin set the tasks, beginning with the secret challenge, which sees the teams working without a recipe to create French classic choux pastry ring the Paris-Brest - but with a twist. Then they serve up showpieces inspired by childhood toys, each concealing crumble and custard-themed desserts elevated to new heights.

Bake Off: The Professionals returns Tuesday 26th May on Channel 4.
