DEAL OR NO DEAL

Weekdays, ITV1

Each episode, a contestant is confronted with 22 sealed boxes, each one hiding a different amount of money. Without knowing what each one contains, the contestant must eliminate the boxes, which are opened one at a time, and the amount of money inside is revealed.

Pressure mounts as the player is tempted by the notorious Banker to accept an offer of cash in exchange for what might be inside their box. As long as the larger cash prizes remain unchosen, the Banker’s offers will get higher. But that can all change in an instant if a big cash prize is unveiled.

 JIMMY CARR'S AM I THE A**HOLE

Monday, Comedy Central

In this hilarious and unfiltered new panel show, comedian Jimmy Carr is joined by internet sensation GK Barry and acclaimed stand up Jamali Maddix to judge an array of questionable characters and their equally questionable choices. From petty everyday annoyances to epic moral dilemmas, no story is too outrageous and no confession too extreme.

Each episode sees the trio delve into a series of jaw dropping admissions, shocking family fallouts, and moments of pure social chaos, as they ask the all important question: Is this person really an A**hole? With sharp wit and zero tolerance for nonsense, the panel debates the grey areas of human behaviour - sometimes relatable, sometimes ridiculous and ultimately deliver their verdict.

ONCE UPON A TIME IN SPACE

Monday, BBC Two

Humans are once again looking up and heading out, back into space… and we’re taking our power struggles with us. China, Russia, America, India, Saudi Arabia and Japan are all investing heavily in lunar exploration, jostling for power and influence amongst the stars. A new Space Race has begun.

The series will connect the past with the present and examine what the consequences are for the future of humankind as we once again head into space. It will hear compelling new testimony from pioneering astronauts, visionary scientists, remarkable engineers, daring space tourists, maverick billionaires, romantic dreamers and astro-theorists spellbound by the wonder of possibility.

 DOWN CEMETERY ROAD

Wednesday, Apple TV

When a house explodes in a quiet Oxford suburb and a girl disappears in the aftermath, neighbor Sarah Trafford (Ruth Wilson) becomes obsessed with finding her and enlists the help of private investigator Zoë Boehm (Emma Thompson). Zoë and Sarah suddenly find themselves in a complex conspiracy that reveals that people long believed dead are still among the living, while the living are fast joining the dead.

 RETURN TO PARADISE

Friday, BBC One

The team contend with even more perplexing cases this series, including the chemical poisoning of a man alone at sea, alongside having to deal with larger-than-life characters like a troublesome rock band who fall under suspicion when one of their members turns up dead.

Beyond her detective duties, Mackenzie is forced to face Glenn’s shocking confession that he still has feelings for her, despite his impending wedding to Daisy, complicating her own feelings toward him even further. Meanwhile, the unexpected arrival of Colin’s old friends from back home starts to crack the mystery behind his decision to leave everything behind and build a new life in the tight-knit community of Dolphin Cove.

GAME OF WOOL: BRITAIN'S BEST KNITTER

Sunday, Channel 4

In his first major presenting role, Tom Daley will oversee this 8x60’ series, produced by Glasgow based Hello Halo, where he’ll welcome 10 ambitious knitters who will take on a series of complex challenges as they compete to become the UK’s first TV knitting champion.

Set against the picturesque countryside of rural Scotland, which is steeped in knitting and wool heritage, each episode sees the knitters tackle two challenges: a group knit where they’ll be working together in teams on an extremely complex project, as well as an individual knit where they’ll take on individual briefs that will really test their capabilities and skill level.

 ROBIN HOOD

Sunday, Prime Video

Robin Hood follows the tumultuous journey of a Saxon forester's son (Rob) turned legendary outlaw, as he navigates the corridors of power and leads a daring fight for justice and freedom. As Rob grapples with his inner demons and battles against the Norman elite, the series weaves a rich tapestry of historical accuracy, modern relevance, and intricate character dynamics.

With its expansive scope, including vibrant depictions of medieval England, the Vatican, the Palace at Westminster and beyond, and an ensemble cast featuring compelling stories of Queen Eleanor, the spirited Maid Marian, her best friend Priscilla, and more, "Robin Hood" promises an exhilarating, action packed reimagining of the iconic narrative, offering audiences an unforgettable adventure unlike any other, and a take on this story unlike any before it.
