SARA PASCOE'S OUT OF HER MIND AXED AFTER ONE SERIES

Sara Pascoe has revealed that her BBC Two comedy, Out Of Her Mind, will not be returning for a second series. The first series was broadcast in late 2020.

Written by and starring award-winning comedian Sara Pascoe, Out Of Her Mind explored heartbreak, family and how to survive them. The series subverts the traditional sitcom format by combining eccentric characters, animation, and scientific explanation.

The cast included Juliet Stevenson, Fiona Button, Cariad Lloyd, Adrian Edmondson, Navin Chowdhry, Sean Gilder, Tom Stuart, Scroobius Pip, Jumayn Hunter, Sheila Reid, Jack Gleeson, Cash Holland, Lorraine Ashbourne and Cian Barry.

Speaking to fellow comedian Richard Herring on his podcast, Sara revealed: "I'm really glad I got to make it...

"If you make want you want to make, sometimes it's not for lots of people, it's for a few people and you just have to go 'it's so great that anyone watched it or anyone liked it and it's alright, it's ok'."
