MOCK THE WEEK RETURNS TO TV AS NEWLY REFRESHED TLC CHANNEL REBOOTS FORMER BBC COMEDY PANEL SHOW

TV channel TLC will be relaunched in January 2026 as a free-to-air channel in the UK which will bring viewers a broad entertainment offer with the hugely popular scripted comedy series The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, new spin-off Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage and Mike & Molly.

Plus, unscripted titles will include a new look Mock The Week. Warner Bros. Discovery today announced it will be rebooting the former BBC comedy panel show for 2026, having previously run on BBC Two for 21 series and over 200 episodes.
Speaking in 2022, the BBC commented: "The next series of Mock The Week will be the last, we are really proud of the show but after 21 series we have taken the difficult decision in order to create room for new shows..."
