LUKE EVANS TO FRONT BBC FESTIVE MUSICAL SPECIAL

Hollywood actor and singer songwriter Luke Evans shares his first love - music - as he takes to the stage to host his first ever music entertainment special.

Before the movies came calling Luke cut his teeth in the West End and this show is an opportunity to celebrate that side of his career and his love of musical performance.

With a lavish stage show, and surprise guests, this is a showstopper of an event aimed at ushering in the festive season.

Luke will be singing songs from his latest album A Song For You, and will be joined by an impressive list of international talent, American superstar LeAnn Rimes will be joining alongside the Nations favourite pop star Olly Murs and the undisputed Queen of British musical theatre Beverley Knight, plus some other great surprises throughout the show.

Luke Evans Showtime! will be recorded at the ICC Newport on Thursday 10 November and broadcast on the BBC over the Christmas period.
