Here's a rundown of what happens on tonight's episode of Love Island All Stars, which continues on ITV2 and ITVX.

OFF THE HOOK: EMOTIONS RUN HIGH WHEN THE GIRLS GET CALLS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS THE BOYS HIT THE PITCH

With last night’s challenge on their minds, Lucinda and Leanne catch up at the mini fire pit.

Discussing the round which called for Islanders to decide who is chasing ‘clout’ Leanne feels bad for choosing Lucinda, explaining: “I'm so, so sorry I think I misaligned the question…”

She also adds: “You’ve been a great friend to me…I hate that I upset you.”

The two make up and share a hug.

Later, Sean gets a text:

“Boys it’s time to swap Villa chats for a kickabout, you’re off for a game of footy, please get ready to leave the Villa.”

The girls are shocked as the boys chant: “Lads’ day!”

They get ready and head out to play some five-a-side football with the professional football players, Scott and Harrison, taking their spots as team Captains for an afternoon of fun.

Meanwhile, after the boys leave, Millie gets a text:

“Girls, boys out. Gossip in. Video calls from home await!”

Belle gets a call from her Dad, Tamer, who says: “I can’t tell you how proud of you we are…”

And after her mum joins to say hello, he adds: “No more arguments…stop the shouting.”

Belle replies: “I can’t help it, everyone’s pi**ing me off.”

He then has a message for Harrison: “If he asks you to put that heart rate challenge outfit on again, there’s gonna be problems!”

Millie chats to best friend and former Islander Chloe Burrows. Chloe tells her: “When you snogged Curtis… it’s framed in the kitchen… you can’t change it!”

When asked what she thinks about Zac, Chloe says: “I do think he’s a really lovely boy but don't ever doubt yourself against anyone… you’re ‘Big Mills’ for a reason!”

Leanne’s best friend and former Islander Kaz advises her on Scott saying: “There’s nothing wrong with being vulnerable and telling him how you feel.”

Before later adding: “I thought Belle was your genuine friend…she made one comment…saying that she feels like when you guys come out things between you and Scott are not gonna last…”

How will Leanne react?

Samie chats to best friend and former islander Sophie Piper, with an appearance from Josh Ritchie, too. Sophie tells her: “Your Nan is really happy about Ciaran being Welsh."

Jessy gets a call from her dad Matthew. She asks him: “Have I done too much? Got involved in too much?”

He replies: “I think you need to focus on connections…Tommy seems like a really nice lad.”

He later asks: “Where did that Lucinda drama come from?”, and as the two chat, Jessy’s left feeling emotional and questioning her conversations in the Villa.

Whitney and her sister Lizzy chat ‘charging it’. Whitney says of Yamen: “Can we get an amen or a Yay-men!”

Lizzy says: “You always said you wanted to relocate to the States…it’s nice to see someone be in your corner for once….live, love, charge it!”

Helena catches up with former Love Islander Meg Moore, who says of Carrington: “Go with your gut…you two are really good.”

She also adds: “This is the Love Island experience you’ve always wished for.”

Lucinda talks to best friend Kameron who tells her: "Every single person is rooting for you.”

She later says of Sean: “He is really similar to you, he’s the male version of you…you can tell he’s so caring towards you, it’s so nice for me to watch.”

With the girls feeling a mix of emotions, when the boys arrive back to the Villa, they fill them in on their chats.

As some have been left with clarity and others some questions about loyalties, what will the boys make of their calls from home?
