LOVE ISLAND TONIGHT: TUESDAY 16 JULY 2024
Here's a rundown of what happens on tonight's episode of Love Island, which continues on ITV2 and ITVX.
MIMII WAITS ON THE TERRACE FOR AYO
With Joey given a secret mission of inviting Ayo to the terrace to meet Mimii, he pulls him to one side and says: “Oi listen, you know Mimii, she wants you to meet her on the terrace quickly, between me and you”
Ayo is quick to say “No, I can’t follow you there…”
Encouraging Ayo to go for a little walk towards the terrace, Joey says: “Love, that’s what we’re here for... you can’t not do this, you need to have this with her bro”
Joey adds: “She wants to chat to you bro and I feel like she deserves it”
But will Ayo agree to meet Mimii?
THE ISLANDERS HEAD OFF TO AN EXCLUSIVE PARTY WITH A VIP MUSIC GUEST
The next morning, the Islanders are woken up to an unexpected text which reads:
“Islanders, it’s time for you to get ready and leave the Villa as you’re off to an exclusive party #SummerOfVibe #VIPsOnly”
As the Islanders get ready to step out in style, they head to an exclusive Love Island pool party in a remote location.
As the Islanders enter the Love Island beach club, they are greeted by none other than pop megastar Jess Glynne as she treats them to a VIP party and belts out some of her chart topping hits as well as her brand new single ‘Summer’s back’.
And the Islanders aren’t the only ones fan-girling, as whilst they chant “We love you Jess!” Jess gushes: “I’ve been watching the show and I’m actually invested!’”
TWO NEW BOMBSHELLS ARRIVE AND BRING E HEAT
After wowing the Islanders with her performance, Jess has something special up her sleeve as she reveals: “I’m actually gassed right now, as I’ve got a little surprise…”
Making their epic entrance into the pool party, two brand new bombshells arrive to turn up the heat, with the new arrivals wasting no time making moves, will they manage to turn heads?
MAYA MAKES AN EPIC RETURN
Never one to miss out on a good party, Maya Jama makes an epic return to raise the stakes for the Islanders.
Maya reveals “Islanders, sorry to interrupt your little shindig, the party is over…can you please all line up in front of the pool”
As tension builds, Maya reveals: “The public have been voting for the most compatible couple…” and that one couple will be dumped from the island tonight.
As the public’s decision is revealed, which couples will be at risk? And what unexpected twist will determine who will be sent packing, losing their place in the Villa immediately?
Love Island airs Sun-Fri at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
