LOVE ISLAND TONIGHT: FULL RUNDOWN FOR TONIGHT'S EPISODE, TUESDAY 7th JULY 2026

Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 and ITVX, here's a full rundown of tonight's episode...

KAVAN MAKES A SHOCK DECISION

Aidan, Lorenzo and Samraj are gathered on the Daybeds, Kavan joins them to reveal a major decision about his love triangle with Jasmine and Charleen.

Leaving the boys stunned, he announces, “I’ve just ended it.” As Aidan falls back onto the Daybed in shock, Kavan adds, “I can’t help how I feel, boys.” Backing his decision, Samraj tells him, “You can’t just turn off your feelings.”

Explaining his thinking, Kavan admits, “I don’t just want to string her along.”

Determined to follow his heart, he continues, “It’s going to be 100% or nothing and if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work,” before Lorenzo reassures him, “I think this is a wise thing to do.”

With Kavan’s decision made, who is he going to commit to?

SIMBA PUTS HIS HEART ON THE LINE

With emotions still running high between Simba and Angelista, Simba reveals to the boys that he’s planning a grand gesture.

Gathering the Islanders around the Firepit, Simba opens with an emotional admission, declaring, “I’ve messed up recently. I’ve hurt somebody I care deeply about.”

As the Villa falls silent, he reflects on his journey with Angelista, telling her, “We’ve laughed, argued, kissed and cried.”

As he admits “I’ve struggled with accountability but this is where it stops”

Determined to fight for their connection, Simba declares, “I want to become the best version of Simba for you… I won’t give up on us.”

As Angelista thanks Simba for his public declaration, the boys rally around Simba, culminating in an emotional embrace with Lorenzo as the weight of his words sinks in.

Later, the pair head to the Mini Firepit to reflect on Simba’s heartfelt speech, where Angelista admits, “It’s such a big risk to crack the door open for you.”

But how will Angelista receive this grand gesture, and could it change the way she feels? 

A SHOCK TEXT CALLS FOR A DRAMATIC RECOUPLING 

As the Islanders settle into a new day in the Villa, Aidan is in the Snug with Priya and Mara when he receives a text that stops everyone in their tracks.

‘Islanders, tonight there will be a recoupling, in which the boys will choose which girl they want to couple up with.’

The announcement sends shockwaves through the Villa, with Martha confessing to Charleen and Julia, “That’s our worst-case scenario.”

Priya realises there are more girls than boys, explaining to Mara and Aidan “there’s not an even amount.” Over at the Pool Julia admits to Martha and Charleen, “I’m so worried.”

With a dramatic recoupling fast approaching, whose place in the Villa is under threat?
