Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 and ITVX, here's a full rundown of tonight's episode...

SIMBA FACES THE MUSIC AS THE DRAMATIC RECOUPLING CONTINUES

The Casa Amor recoupling continues where it left off, with Simba returning to the Villa with Mara, who he chose to recouple with.

When asked by Maya how he feels to see his former partner Angelista standing alone, he replies, “Obviously it’s not nice to see.”

Attempting to explain his approach to Casa Amor, he continues, “I would be doing myself a disservice if I wasn’t true to myself and open myself up to potential connections.”

When Maya asks Angelista how she’s feeling, she replies, “I’m speechless to be honest… I’m livid, I'm trying to hold it together.”

As the fallout continues, Simba tells the Islanders that this isn’t the end of the road for him and Angelista, announcing, “Me and Angie aren’t done by any means and I want her to know that.”

With Mara standing next to Simba, Maya asks how she feels as the most recent newcomer. Defending Simba, she says, “He didn’t want to hurt anyone… I’m going to give him grace and understanding.”

As Angelista sits down, she begins to get emotional. Maya whispers to her, “are you okay?”

Could this be the end of the road for Simba and Angelista?

KAVAN AND JASMINE REUNITE FOR A LONG OVERDUE CHAT

Later, Jasmine and Kavan head to the Firepit for a long awaited conversation.

Speaking about his approach to Casa Amor, Kavan explains, “I tried to just focus on Casa, I tried not to think about what was going on here. I wanted to just be there and explore connections there.”

He continues, “I wasn’t as respectful as I could have been… I don’t want this to be over.”

Jasmine answers, “I needed an answer anyway and I got an answer…” then questions how he thinks she can move past this latest curveball.

When Kavan confesses that he doesn’t want it to be the end of things between them, Jasmine replies, “I don’t think that's your call any more.”

As she walks away and leaves him sitting alone, she jokes, “welcome back.”

ANGELISTA SEEKS ANSWERS FROM SIMBA

Later, Simba attempts to repair his connection with Angelista by the Firepit.

Confronting his Casa Amor antics, he explains, “Casa off the bat was a lads holiday… That was the vibe we came with.”

Remorseful, he continues, “There’s nothing I can say right now that can make it easier or better.”

Explaining that his choice to return with Mara was not a reflection of his desire to stop building a relationship with Angelista, he says, “This is not an exchange… I want to become the best version of Simba for you.”

Struggling to understand his perspective, Angelista replies, “That doesn't make any sense… Do you actually hear yourself?” 

As Simba has a quiet moment of contemplation, Angelista instructs him, “Don’t start all the dramatics and the sniffling.”

Simba tries again to reassure Angelista, and says, “I know where my heart is, and it’s with you.”

Will Angelista believe Simba’s words of explanation, or will the recoupling be her final straw?

MORE REVELATIONS FROM THE BOYS TRIP TO CASA AMOR EXPOSED

After choosing to stick with their couples, Mica and Samraj and Ellie and Finley are finally reunited.

In the Snug, Mica and Samraj discuss their individual decisions to stay with each other rather than couple up with new bombshells. Mica says, “No one can top you Samraj.”

Curious about what happened in Casa Amor, she urges, “If there’s anything that’s going to hurt me, tell me.”

After Samraj comes clean about his kiss with Martha, the atmosphere changes as Mica is left upset.

Elsewhere, Finley admits to Ellie that he was exploring a connection with Olivia at Casa Amor and that she kissed him on the cheek.

While struggling to remember if anything else significant happened, Ellie gives him a word of warning, and says, “If you’re lying, I will find out.”

Meanwhile on the Sundeck, Yasmin and Lorenzo have a conversation despite both choosing to couple up with new bombshells Tommy and Julia.

Yasmin addresses the selfie she received of Lorenzo kissing Julia and confesses, “I was like ‘thank god you found your person and I found my person’.”

Sensing that Yasmin’s full attention has now moved onto Tommy, rather than Lorenzo, he replies, “It does hurt a little bit...” 

With truths coming to light, are all of the couples’ bonds strong enough to withstand the test of Casa Amor?
