LOVE ISLAND TONIGHT: FULL RUNDOWN FOR TONIGHT'S EPISODE, SUNDAY 28th JUNE 2026

Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 and ITVX, here's a full rundown of tonight's episode...

ITV have released the following statement: "Gabriel has now left the Villa and will not be returning."

THE GIRLS ARE BLINDSIDED BY MAYA’S BIG REVEAL

With new couples formed after a dramatic recoupling, it’s a new day in the Villa. 

While relaxing on the Daybeds, Yasmin receives a text.

‘Islanders, can you really sense how well you know your partner? It's time to test your connections in today's challenge ‘Touch of Love’.’

In the Garden, the girls stand in a line wearing blindfolds and noise cancelling headphones while the boys prepare to get stuck into the game.

But not all is as it seems as Maya Jama sneaks in to get the boys’ attention and gives them other instructions!

“You need to head out of the Villa quickly…” she says. “There’s a car waiting for you outside.”

The boys are buzzing as they eagerly run out of the Villa and hop into cars marked ‘Casa’.

Once they’ve left, the girls remain lined up on the lawn with no idea what’s going on. Thinking the game with the boys is about to begin, Maya taps Jasmine to get her attention and subsequently reveals to her and the rest of the girls that the real game is just getting started and the boys have instead left for Casa Amor. 

“But don’t worry,” she tells them. “I have six brand new boys for you.”

After the boys enter the Villa, Maya leaves the girls, telling them to enjoy their time getting to know the new boys!

SIX NEW BOYS TURN UP THE HEAT

Gathering around the Firepit to get acquainted, the Casa boys waste no time in gauging the girls' current romantic statuses.

Inquisitive about the strength of their existing bonds, the boys question whether the girls are prepared to explore potential new connections.

Jasmine tells them, “Kav doesn’t seem super secure in our connection… We’re technically on a break right now.”

Angelista says she’s happy with how things are progressing with Simba, but Carlos has a word of warning for her, “I think you should be careful with him.”

Later on the Sundeck; Lola, Yasmin and Ellie chat with some of the boys. Lola tells them that it’s been smooth sailing with Sean so far, but that she’ll get “Fitz-drawals” being apart.

When Yasmin confesses that she thinks the new bombshells will shake things up, Tommy cheekily replies, “That’s what we were brought here for.”

SEAN SPOTS A FAMILIAR FACE AT CASA AMOR

Elsewhere, the boys arrive at Casa Amor and are greeted by six beautiful bombshells - Charleen, Mara, Martha, Neveah, Olivia and Julia.

Sean is one of the first to enter and immediately recognises bombshell Charleen. As the pair greet each other, she asks him, “Is it nice to see a familiar face?”

After initial introductions, the boys break off and quickly share their thoughts. Clearly impressed by the new girls, Samraj asks the group, “Are we in trouble boys?”

Noticing Sean’s coyness, Aidan says, “Fitzy has crumbled already!” 

Afterwards, when the group are getting to know each other more, Charleen asks everyone how their couples are going. Sean says, “I’m very happy with Lola but I want a test.”

As the boys embrace their getaway from the main Villa, will they lean into the holiday spirit while getting acquainted with six new girls?

TWO TRUTHS, ONE LIE, LOTS OF KISSING

That evening, things get heated at Casa Amor while the Islanders gather for a wild round of Two Truths, One Lie. Though this rendition is far from a standard icebreaker, as accurate guesses are rewarded with a cheeky snog.

Going around the circle, the Islanders make some shocking revelations, locking in each confession with a steamy kiss.

With one Islander confessing that their embrace lingered longer than intended and a pair of girls matching notes on one boy's impressive kissing skills, sparks are flying.

While the Islanders uncover hidden truths about one another, they quickly end up exchanging far more than just gossip.

Is it a case of out of sight, out of mind for the boys?
