LOVE ISLAND TONIGHT: FULL RUNDOWN FOR TONIGHT'S EPISODE, FRIDAY 03rd JULY 2026

Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 and ITVX, here's a full rundown of tonight's episode...

THE GIRLS COMPARE NOTES POST-CASA AMOR AS THE BOYS EXPLAIN THEMSELVES

Following the dramatic merging of the two Villas, the girls gather at the Firepit for a debrief, eager to hear exactly what went down in Casa Amor from the newest arrivals.

Lola wastes no time quizzing Julia about her interactions with Sean after hearing his version of events the night before.

Lola says to Julia, “You could be a Casa girl and I know that’s your job to flirt with people. Personally, I wouldn’t do it to someone who said they’re closed off and in Lola says to Julia, “You could be a Casa girl and I know that’s your job to flirt with people. Julia says, “Maybe that’s why you’re not a bombshell and that’s why I was a bombshell.”

Lola responds, “That’s on you. Morally, I wouldn’t do that.”

Charleen soon speaks about her connection with Kavan over at Casa Amor as Jasmine listens in. 

Speaking about the recent recoupling, Jasmine says,  “I found it really difficult to stand up there but I also knew I wanted to stand strong because I know what we have and how these weeks have been.” 

Soon, the pair head over to the daybeds for a one on one conversation and Jasmine isn’t the only one seeking answers, as Angelista and Mara chat about Simba’s Casa Amor antics.

Angelista says, “For him to keep doing these things, I don’t understand his actions and his words aren’t really making sense.”

But as Kavan and Simba try to make amends with Jasmine and Angelista, is there still a future for these couples - or is it over and will the boys turn their attention to their new connections? 

TENSIONS RISE BETWEEN LOLA AND JULIA

Following an awkward back-and-forth earlier that day, Julia is keen to talk to Lola as she has picked up on tension between the pair. Julia heads over to the day beds to speak with Lola.

Lola says, “I’m just chatted out by this conversation angel to be fair. We live and let live.”

Julia says, “I would appreciate it if you could listen to what I have to say and hear me out. I feel like I do not deserve this attitude right now.”

A tense discussion unfolds and then Julia says, “You see the narrative that you’re portraying right now, which is super disrespectful towards me.”

Julia continues to make her point before Lola says, “Your opinion to me isn’t actually that relevant.”

Julia responds, “You’re delusional.”

Can the pair put their differences aside and begin to form a friendship?

YASMIN IS LEFT FRUSTRATED WITH LORENZO’S COMMENTS

Following Lola and Julia’s disagreement, Lorenzo is speaking to Lola about the situation alongside Sean and Yasmin. 

Talk soon turns to how Lorenzo told Julia multiple times that he wanted to respect Yasmin while at Casa Amor, before he suggests that perhaps Yasmin may not have approached getting to know Tommy in the same way.

Yasmin says, “Wait, is this a dig?” before leaving the conversation and saying “Okay, I can’t be bothered.” 

Yasmin is left less than impressed with Lorenzo’s comments and later pulls him for a chat at the Firepit. Yasmin says, “I don’t really know where that comment has come from. I thought we were absolutely fine.”

Lorenzo says, “I feel like I haven’t got an issue that you’ve coupled up with Tommy. I haven’t got an issue with what’s happened. I feel like you can’t look at me today.”

Is there unfinished business between Lorenzo and Yasmin?
