JOHN BISHOP TO ROUND-UP 2022 FOR ITV SPECIAL

EXCLUSIVE ITV have commissioned John Bishop's 2022 Round-Up, a 1x60' to air this December on ITV1 and ITVX.

In the one-off special, the comedy superstar will reflect on the events of 2022 with celebrity guests. A new series of his ITV chatshow is then expected to begin in January, as revealed by TV Zone in the Summer.

The series, which first aired in January this year, proved a hit with viewers, with ITV now in talks for a second run. Every week John will be doing his trademark everyman stand-up and shooting the breeze with some very special celebrity guests.

Star interviewees will include the hottest names in film, TV, sport, music and more in front of a live studio audience. John will also be checking the global comedy pulse with a team of stand-ups from all over the world.

An award-winning comic, with multiple sell-out tours, John’s a favourite fixture on screens with credits including factual series John Bishop’s Great Whale Rescue and John Bishop’s Ireland, as well as a starring role in the most recent series of Doctor Who.
