Channel 4 have commissioned two new series to be fronted by Jamie Oliver. The news was revealed via The Sun newspaper.

First, Jamie Oliver's Money Saving Meals, will see Oliver give viewers handy tips on cutting down the cost of preparing healthy and nutritious meals.

Secondly, Jamie Cooks Georgia, will see Oliver head stateside to the southern state of Georgia, known as the country's biggest producer of peanuts, to explore the state's cuisine.

A source told The Sun: "Bagging these two shows sees Jamie still going strong as a TV chef - and they couldn’t have come at a more momentous time. He’s currently celebrating 25 years of being on our TV screens as his debut series, The Naked Chef, first aired way back in 1999."

Transmission details for both series will be announced in due course.
