ITV JULY PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS, NEW AND RETURNING TITLES REVEALED

The new and returning titles airing on ITV this July revealed.

 FIFA WORLD CUP

ITV Sport’s FIFA World Cup 2026 coverage will be led by Mark Pougatch, Laura Woods and Semra Hunter, as they are joined by a star studded line-up of the very best football pundits, presenters, commentators and reporters.

The full list of pundits bringing you all of the action live from ITV’s studios in Brooklyn, New York includes; Roy Keane, Ian Wright, Gary Neville, Patrick Vieira, Karen Carney, Ange Postecoglou, Juan Mata, Emma Hayes, Duncan Ferguson, Jobi McAnuff and Bradley Wright-Phillips. 

 THE CHASE AROUND THE WORLD

Hosted by Bradley Walsh, The Chase Around the World is an exciting new prime time format from the creators of ITV’s award-winning and globally successful game show, The Chase.

The brand-new six-part series sees six pairs of contestants embark on a global adventure competition as they attempt to track down the biggest brains in Britain - all six of The Chasers - in undisclosed locations around the globe. Unravelling puzzles along the way, the winning pair will pit their knowledge against The Chasers in order to win a life-changing prize pot.

 THE DARK

The Dark, based upon GR Halliday’s debut novel, From the Shadows, stars Laura Donnelly (The Nevers, Sugar), as Scottish Detective Monica Kennedy and Mark Rowley (Trigger Point, Karen Pirie) as Detective Connor Crawford.

When the body of a young man is found eerily staged in the idyllic Scottish wilderness, detective Monica Kennedy fears this is just the beginning of a terrifying campaign that will strike the heart of a rural community. As paranoia rises, suspicions and secrets are forced into the light, and the locals start to realise that there is a serial killer hidden amongst them.

With her experience of dealing with the darkest of humanity Monica Kennedy quickly becomes entangled in a heightened game of cat and mouse with a cunning killer. Only she can stop this monster before he claims any more victims. But when her own history creeps up on her, she begins to lose trust in her own judgement. Will it be her own actions that are the biggest risk to herself and her family?

 LOVE ISLAND

Love Island, the global television phenomenon, returns this summer for its 13th series on ITV2 and ITVX as Maya Jama returns as host, presiding over all the action inside the Villa. Heading to sun-drenched Mallorca for the ultimate game of love, a brand new batch of Islanders must couple up or clear out as they dive headfirst into a summer of twists, turns, and tests - all in pursuit of finding a connection.

With unexpected arrivals, shifting loyalties, and sparks flying, the new series promises even more unforgettable moments, unmissable messiness, and plenty of romance.
