The long-running topical and satirical entertainment show delivers comic observations and scripted gags, from the satirical to the surreal, through the highly original mechanism of a quiz about the news.

Each week team captains Ian Hislop and Paul Merton welcome a who's who of hosts and welcome a gaggle of guest panellists to find the funny in the week's big stories. The first episode will see Victoria Coren Mitchell in the presenter's chair.
