CLAUDIA WINKLEMAN TO HOST NEW BBC CHAT SHOW

Strictly Come Dancing host Claudia Winkleman is to front a new BBC chatshow, following a reported successful pilot last year.

The show is from the same producers as BBC One's current chat show figure head The Graham Norton Show. Though the series has not been formerly announced by the BBC, it's understood for the format is likely for commission.

A teaser shares: "From the makers of The Graham Norton Show, a pilot for a brand new show featuring Claudia Winkleman meeting star guests. If you would like to join us for a evening of fun and chat with Claudia and her guests, then apply now!"

A source told The Sun: "Claudia is fast becoming one of the most popular presenters on the Beeb. Her chat show pilot went down a storm with execs and there is a lot of buzz about it already. She has a razor-sharp wit and knows everyone in the industry, so she’d be perfect."
