A look at the new and returning entertainment titles coming to Channel 4 this year.

THE GREAT CELEBRITY POTTERY THROWDOWN
Six celebrities, each with little to no pottery experience will brave the clay and take to the wheel in a series of bold ceramic challenges. The celebrities getting their hands dirty and unleashing their creativity are comedian, writer and actor Lucy Beaumont; comedian, writer, actor and author Fatiha El-Ghorri; comedian and podcaster Richard Herring; football legend and pundit Paul Merson; star of stage and screen Layton Williams; and actress, singer, dancer and presenter Denise Van Outen.
THE GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF
Nigella Lawson is joining The Great British Bake Off as the show’s new judge. Nigella’s expertise, empathy and humour are the perfect ingredients for the Bake Off tent. Nigella joins the show following the departure of Prue Leith who became one of the most loved figures on British TV screens over nine series.
GAME OF WOOL
Tom Daley will return to host the new series, bringing his trademark enthusiasm for knitting back to the competition, with special guests along the way. Di and Sheila will also remain part of the wider Game of Wool family as they continue to feature in the ever-growing Let's Get Knitting YouTube channel, Hello Halo’s digital companion to the series.
CELEBRITY HUNTED
On the run this time are Strictly Come Dancing professionals Amy Dowden & Carlos Gu; actor and comedian Brian Conley & daughter Lucy; TV presenter siblings Scarlette & Stuart Douglas; broadcasters JJ Chalmbers & Sophie Morgan and Love Island's Chris Taylor & Toby Aromolaran.
TEMPTING FORTUNE
Rob Beckett will host the new series, as 12 new fortune seekers face more enticing temptations, harsher terrain and even higher stakes in this hilarious high-stakes adventure show. Following two hugely successful series, the popular show will once again challenge a brand-new group of contestants to trek through the Malaysian jungle armed with nothing but basic supplies and their own willpower.
Starting with a pot of £300,000, the group must decide if they want to save the pot so it can be won at the end of the journey, or spend it on the little luxuries that appear during their arduous and exhausting trek. Every time a contestant caves to comfort, be it a hot meal, a soft bed or a personal phone call home, this pot, which is the group prize fund takes a hit.
GOGGLEBOX
The entertaining weekly television review show is back for 13 weeks. Each episode is filmed over the previous seven days, covering that week’s TV and news highlights. In each household, Gogglebox will capture their instant reactions, love/hate relationships and fierce debates on the best and worst television shows of the past week – all from the comfort of their sofas.
From the Saturday night juggernauts and the week’s big soaps, to documentaries and gritty drama, the Gogglebox households offer witty, insightful, feisty and sometimes emotional critiques of the week’s popular and topical TV shows. Their reviews could also be interrupted by breaking news stories and controversial TV events – subjects the outspoken households certainly won’t be shying away from.
TASKMASTER
The quintet of comics who have willingly submitted themselves to the toughest physical and mental examination on television are: critically-acclaimed comedian and Edinburgh Fringe favorite Chloe Petts (Have I Got News For You, BBC One); award-winning comedian, writer, songwriter and actor Isy Suttie (Peep Show, C4); BAFTA winning actor, author, comedian, presenter, Matt Lucas (Gladiator II).
Plus actor, comedian, and ventriloquist Nina Conti (director of comedy feature Sunlight); and multi-award-winning comedian, actor, writer and director Richard Ayoade (Photographer at wedding in The Life & Death of Peter Sellers). Like so many before them, they all believe they can impress the Taskmaster, but only one can take home the glory.
THE LAST LEG
A live studio audience and celebrity guests will join in with Adam, Alex and Josh on ‘The Last Leg’ sofa, as the gang tackle the issues of the week.
Transmission details will be announced in due course.
