CHANNEL 4 REVEALS FULL LINE-UP FOR CELEBRITY HANDCUFFED
Channel 4 have announced the first ever series of Celebrity Handcuffed – with the fiery pairings including the UK’s most famous glamour model and a Reform politician, a football legend and a drag icon, a former girl group star and the son of a princess, an “it-girl” socialite and a reality star turned women’s rights campaigner and a celebrity DJ and an aristocrat.

The pairings are: Katie Price and Rt Hon Suella Braverman MP; Neil Ruddock and Bimini; Kerry Katona and Mark-Francis Vandelli; Lady Victoria Hervey and Georgia Harrison MBE; DJ Fat Tony and Princess Olga Romanov.
Celebrity Handcuffed is confirmed off the back of the success of the first series of the civilian version, Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing, which has also been recommissioned for a second series.
The first series was a huge streaming success, with over 2 million views of episode one alone. It performed particularly well with 16-34s, with episode one reaching a young share of 24.3%. When compared to the slot average, this was up 140%.
The outrageous social experiment sees pairs of celebrities with completely opposed opinions, beliefs, lifestyles, and bad habits, handcuffed together 24/7 in the ultimate test of survival.
Jonathan Ross says, "I loved being part of the civilian series of Handcuffed, and I can't wait to see how the celebrity version pans out. I've done my fair share of celebrity shows, but nothing quite like this. It's chaotic, it's hilarious, and I'm so excited for viewers to see what happens when you handcuff a group of famous faces together and put them under pressure. It could of course be a disaster. But it could also be the best thing on TV next year!"
Tim Hancock, Channel 4 Commissioning Editor said: “Celebrity Handcuffed takes a format audiences couldn’t stop talking about and supercharges it with some truly unexpected pairings. Just like the civilian series, the celebrity version will be laugh-out-loud funny, gloriously awkward and full of surprises, and will capture something bigger about modern Britain: even when we seem to disagree on almost everything, we might have more in common than we think."
Amy Willetts, Series Producer, 72 Films said, "Bringing together celebrities from wildly different worlds, Celebrity Handcuffed asks what happens when big egos collide. At its heart, it's a celebration of friendship and tolerance, giving viewers a fresh look and understanding of the famous faces they thought they knew. But for those who crack under the pressure, expect fireworks."
Celebrity Handcuffed is a 4x60' series.
