BULLSEYE SCORES EXTENDED SECOND SERIES ON ITV, FREDDIE FLINTOFF RETURNS AS HOST

Bullseye has been recommissioned by ITV for a new series. Cricketing legend Freddie Flintoff returns to host alongside scorer Richard Ashdown, joined by some of the world’s best professional darts players who will once again take to the oche to win contestants some of the best prizes on TV.

Having successfully returned to ITV in 2024, Bullseye’s modern reincarnation has reached nearly 15 million viewers, with seven million tuning in to watch last year’s Christmas special alone.

Freddie Flintoff said: “It’s great that Bullseye still has a special place in the nation’s heart, as it does mine, and I loved bringing it back on TV screens. I can’t wait to see what a new season brings.”

Bullseye sees three pairs of contestants, each containing an amateur dart player (the ‘thrower’) and their team partner (the ’knower’), compete against each other. Teams test their skills at throwing darts at different game boards whilst answering questions correctly for points and a fabulous range of prizes. Progressing through the show, three teams are then whittled down to one final pair who can go on to risk all their money and prizes for ‘Bully’s Mystery Star Prize’, which is usually a new car or a fabulous holiday.
