BIG BROTHER TONIGHT: FULL RUNDOWN, FRIDAY 9th OCTOBER 2026

Here's a full rundown of what to expect in tonight's episode of Big Brother, which continues on ITV2 and ITVX.

BIG BROTHER’S GOSSIP MACHINE GETS THE HOUSEMATES SPILLING THE TEA

There’s a new discovery in the Big Brother House as Lynx stumbles upon a mysterious machine in the Snug.

Calling Frankie and Pauline over to investigate, the trio are soon joined by Rob, who asks: “What is that?”

The Housemates discover it’s Big Brother’s Gossip Machine, which promises to reward those willing to spill the tea on their fellow Housemates.

Rob reads out the instructions, revealing that gossip can only be shared when the green light is on, with Big Brother deciding whether the information is worthy of a treat ticket, which can then be redeemed in the Diary Room.

Later that day, Yasmin, Harry and Samuel head to Gossip Central, and it isn’t long before the secrets start spilling.

Yasmin is first to dish the dirt, telling the machine: “Harry was the one who put the feathers in Rochelle’s bed.”

Bursting into laughter, Yasmin encourages Samuel to share some gossip of his own.

Samuel wastes no time in revealing what he knows about Philip, telling the machine: “My gossip is Philip, despite calling out several people for hoarding, had four full-sized Cadbury bars and five salt and vinegar crisps to himself, that is also my gossip.”

Impressed by the revelation, Harry remarks: “I think that was quite good.”

As Samuel and Yasmin head to the Diary Room to redeem their treat ticket, Harry is left alone with the Gossip Machine and decides he has something else to share.

He tells the machine: “I said about Philip hiding tuna.”

But Harry’s excitement soon gets the better of him as he catches his finger in the door before rushing to the Diary Room to catch up with Yasmin and Samuel.

Arriving with news of another revelation, Harry tells them: “I said something else, it was actually really juicy. I didn’t want to say it in front of anyone.”

What treats will Big Brother have in store for the gossiping Housemates?

TWINKS SPILLS THE TEA ON A POSSIBLE HOUSE ROMANCE

Elsewhere, Twinks heads to Gossip Central with a rather juicy revelation of her own.

Standing in front of the Gossip Machine, she announces: “Big Brother, I’ve got some good gossip for you. I think that Pauline is flirting with me. I think Pauline has a big fat crush on me and is flirting with me. Look, I’m not saying I’m not flirting with Pauline, but I think Pauline is flirting with me. Big time.”

Confident her revelation is worthy of a reward, Twinks adds: “That’s pretty good goss, right? A bit of something something in this House.”

And it seems Big Brother agrees, as the machine dings and Twinks receives a treat ticket.

Delighted, Twinks bursts into a celebratory dance, singing: “Give it to me, give it to me, more.”

But rather than sharing her success with the other Housemates, Twinks decides to keep her reward under wraps, hiding the ticket in her boot.

She tells the machine: “I’m going to keep it a secret. I’m going to try and keep it a secret, secret, yeah?”

However, her secret doesn’t stay hidden for long.

As Twinks returns to the living room, Catrin asks whether she managed to get a ticket. Twinks insists she hasn’t, but Yasmin quickly exposes her, declaring: “I seen you put it in your boot!”

Later, in the garden, Twinks has even more to say about her apparent flirtation with Pauline, talking to Yasmine she says “I’m giving P gay panic, wouldn’t be the first gal. Twinksy the turner!” before Yasmin cheers Twinks new found nickname “to Twinksy turner”

After the cheers Twinks claims “No girl’s safe” before announcing to everyone “My gossip today wes that P has a big fat crush on me and has been flirting with me loads!” 

Pauline reacts from the hot tub shouting “what?! you didn’t say that”

Twinks announces “this goblet of Rose I had to fight for is making me sassy!”

WHO WILL BE EVICTED FROM THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE TONIGHT?

The Housemates have had their say, but now it’s over to the public as either Pauline or Rob will be evicted from the Big Brother House tonight.

Following this week’s dramatic face-to-face nominations, Pauline and Rob received the most nominations from their fellow Housemates, leaving them both facing the public vote.

With tensions running high and another Housemate’s time in the Big Brother House about to come to an end, tonight’s live eviction will see one of them leave the House for good.

Who stays and who goes? You decide.
