EYEBALLS ARE UP FOR GRABS AS HOUSEMATES TRY TO SEE EYE-TO-EYE
Big Brother gather’s the Housemates in the Living Area.
Big Brother says, “Housemates, today’s task is all about one thing. Seeing eye-to-eye. In a moment, Big Brother will start a 5-minute countdown. During that time, you must discuss which Housemate you believe should receive 50 eyes and the power to award a bonus of 10 eyes each to three Housemates of their choice. The decision must be unanimous.”
“If you fail to agree before the timer runs out, five eyes will be lost. Those extra eyes will be more valuable than ever this weekend…”
Big Brother continues to tell the Housemates that the Eye Deal Mini Mart will re-open this weekend with luxury items up for sale and new extra special items including, something for the homesick and a game changing power.
The Housemates dive straight in to forge a plan and speculate one item could be a letter from home.
Emily says, “Does anyone want to volunteer themselves?”
Moments later, Feyisola says, “We just pick one person and 50 balls, done.”
Emily says, “I think the person that gets it should be rational.”
Sam says, “Zelah, let’s do Zelah.”
Marcus says, “Yeah, do a vote then, Jenny or Zelah.”
In a divided House, will the Housemates be able to come to a unanimous decision on which Housemate should receive the eye currency prize?
ARE TENSIONS BREWING BETWEEN JENNY AND CAMERON?
Today’s ‘eye-to-eye’ task leaves Cameron upset, after it was insinuated by Jenny that he may not be interested in a letter from home and therefore didn’t need to receive the 50-eyeball bonus.
Later, in the snug, Caroline and Jenny are talking about the situation.
Caroline says, “When he first come in, I looked at him, the first person I saw was him and he looked really scared. After a bit of time I said to him ‘are you okay? Are you missing your family?’. And he went ‘no, no, no, not at all’ he said, ‘I wouldn’t miss my family ‘cause I’ve been at boarding school and I definitely don’t miss my family’. But then, Teja said he said it yesterday.”
Jenny says, “He said it yesterday to me.”
Caroline continues, “But, so I don’t blame you for saying what you said because…”Jenny says, “But, at the end of the day you have to be selfish, you have to be cruel to be kind. We all have went three, four weeks without speaking to nobody from the outside, so I don’t want to be selfish but at the same time I love me ma.”Nancy says, “Sometimes you need to be.”
Jenny says, “Do you know what I mean? You don’t miss your ma yesterday, now you’re gonna say you miss her? What is it? I don’t care.”
Nancy says, “That’s the thing, he’s trying to be strong and convince himself by saying that out loud.”
Jenny says, “People like Teja’s talked about, Zelah’s always talking about his girlfriend and you’re gonna take it now because, the many times you’ve said, f*****g hundred times you’ve said you went to boarding school and you don’t miss your family. But now we're in a circle and you wanna stand forward? I thought, f**k off.”
Jenny reads Cameron’s comments as sending a mixed message about missing his family. Will they be able to clear the air?
