BETWEEN THE COVERS TO RETURN FOR SECOND SERIES ON BBC TWO

The book series, presented by Sara Cox, will return for a second run later this year.

The first six books which will form half the reading list for the BBC’s book club for the nation are:

• Shuggie Bain by Douglas Stuart

• Hamnet by Maggie O'Farrell

• The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett

• The Girl With The Louding Voice by Abi Daré

• The Lying Life Of Adults by Elena Ferrante

• Agent Running In The Field by John Le Carré

The next six will be revealed soon and will be a brand new titles for 2021. All twelve books featured in the series will be labelled with Between The Covers stickers in stores, libraries and online so that audiences can read them and tweet along with each episode, creating an online book club for the nation #BetweenTheCovers.
