PREVIEW: Bake Off - The Professionals (E2), Channel 4

The teams face testing challenges judged by two world-class patisserie experts, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden.

In this episode, Liam and Tom welcome back the five remaining teams, as the pressure and the difficulty of the challenges ramp up with every week that the teams stay in the competition.

The first challenge that the teams face in this episode is a cube-shaped dessert, which must be razor sharp from every angle. The teams must also master the art of illusion by creating magical desserts that look exactly like mushrooms but taste of anything but... all in just three and a half hours.

In the second challenge, the teams have five hours to create a heroes and villains-themed occasion showpiece adorned with 160 macarons. Which teams will rise to be superheroes under the watchful gaze of Benoit and Cherish, and which team will be leaving the competition?
