Here’s a round-up of the latest seven-day consolidated ratings for week 11-17 October 2021. Figures are courtesy of BARB, and include those who watched live and those who watched within a seven-day period on catch-up.
Once again, both editions of Strictly Come Dancing topped the week with over 10.2m and 8.2m for the live show and results show respectively. The third most watched show of the week was ITV’s The Larkins, which continued with a strong 5,583,882 viewers. Angela Black continued afterwards with 5.3m.
BBC One’s most watched shows of the week also include Blankety Blank (4.6m), the return of Who Do You Think You Are? (4.4m) and The Hit List (3.8m). On Sunday night, BBC One broadcast the first Earthshot Prize awards to over 3.5m viewers.
BBC drama Guilt returned on Thursday night on BBC Two with a consolidated audience of 1.5m viewers. The most watched episode of Strictly spin-off It Takes Two was Monday night’s with a strong 1.6m viewers.
On Channel 5, new drama The Madame Blanc Mysteries, starring Sally Lindsay, started with an audience of almost 2.6m viewers – making it the third most watched show of the week on the channel. The channel’s other drama All Creatures Great And Small continued with 4.2m.
