Here’s a round-up of the latest seven-day consolidated ratings for week 04-10 October 2021. Figures are courtesy of BARB, and include those who watched live and those who watched within a seven-day period on catch-up.

Strictly Come Dancing is the most watched show of the week, posting 9,979,072 viewers for the live show on Saturday, and 8,364,223 for the results show on Sunday. Also on BBC One, Blankety Blank continued with 5,233,762 viewers.

On Sunday night, ITV launched two new dramas. At 8pm, The Larkins launched with 6,629,387 viewers, which makes it ITV’s most watched programme of the week. At 9pm, new thriller Angela Black started with a healthy 5,499,175 viewers. Also on ITV, Gordon Gino And Fred Go Greek closed with 5,340,800 and Coronation Street continued with all episodes in the mid-5 million.

Also on ITV, Paul O’Grady’s Saturday Night Line-Up continued with 1.5m, Family Fortunes with 2.4m, Love Your Garden with 1.9m and the Martin Lewis Money Show with 2.6m.

On Channel 5, All Creatures Great And Small continued with 4.2m. BBC One’s Ridley Road continued with 3.3m (overnight only), The Mating Game had 3.2m and Ambulance with 3m.

Also on Channel 5, Eggheads returned with a strong debut of 540,000. Late Night Mash continued with 369,000 viewers on Dave and Rob Beckett’s Undeniable with 92,000 viewers.
